Koy's Christmas Party

Today was Koy's Christmas party at school and he had a blast! There was lots of yummy food and the kids played musical chairs. Instead of bringing gifts, each kid brought a book to exchange. We then took a trip down to the library and all the kids got to see Santa. Most went up there, had their picture taken and left...not Koy! He had to tell Santa everything on his list this year!

This picture is not that great, but I just had to show you the very first homemade ornament that is hanging on our tree!! I am so excited!! They put the kids handprints on the ornament and then made snowmen out of their fingers. I can't wait until my whole tree is covered in "school" ornaments!!

Merry Christmas!!!!

What a cute ornament!! Our friends had one of their baby's footprint and they made a reindeer out of it.

I love the idea of doing a book exchange instead of a gift exchange! I love to read.

Yes, the book exchange is a great idea! What a cute idea for an ornament. I may have to try that next year. :)
